My methods
I am trained in integrative psychotherapy which combines different schools of therapy, blending cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and physical systems to fit your unique needs. Instead of using a single fixed method, I can mix tools from different approaches.
NLP examines how our thoughts, language, and behaviors are structured. It is a "modeling" method that helps us identify limiting beliefs and change our deeply ingrained patterns.
Based on empathy, this method involves identifying one’s feelings and unmet needs in order to express them without aggression. It is a form of communication that prioritizes connection over conflict.
This approach views the individual as part of a whole (family, couple, company, culture, society). Rather than analyzing the person in isolation, it examines the totality of interactions and the unspoken rules that govern the various groups to which the person belongs.
TA examines the "ego states" (Parent, Adult, Child) to understand how we communicate. It sheds light on the "injunctions" and "psychological games" that we play unwittingly in our social relationships.
We all carry "patterns" that we developed during childhood to adapt to our environment. This therapy identifies these deep-seated emotional structures that cause us to view life through tinted glasses.
We explore the physiological effects of trauma, stress, anxiety disorders, and depression on the brain.
